Cancellation PolicY

Your bookings are very important to us at 906 Detailing, and we understand that sometimes scheduling changes are necessary. However, to ensure we can accommodate all of our valued clients, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.

Providing at least 48 hours’ notice allows us to offer last-minute availability to other customers who may be waiting for an appointment. This helps us manage our schedule efficiently and continue delivering high-quality service to all of our clients.

Booking Terms & Conditions:

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any bookings. Failure to provide this notice will result in a charge of 50% of the total quoted service cost. If inclement weather affects your scheduled appointment, a rebooking will be offered instead of a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations/reschedules (without weather-related disruptions) will incur a charge of 80% of the total quoted service cost.
  • 906 Detailing reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to staff availability, weather conditions, or equipment failure without penalty to the company.
  • 906 Detailing reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

These charges are not redeemable for cash, credit, or gift vouchers for future bookings.
